Job summary

United Utility Services is seeking a Project Controls Analyst to support a range of transmission, substation, and grid projects. You will provide schedule and cost controls, data capture, analytics, and process improvements across project lifecycles.

The role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget, with emphasis on accurate reporting and proactive risk management.

Qualifications

• Detail-oriented individuals who proactively pursue underlying details to understand project risks and issues.
• Ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders to diagnose and solve problems quickly.
• Strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders and teams.
• Proficient data capture and analysis using enterprise systems.

Responsibilities

• Drive monthly close with Project team and Accounting; prepare cost/revenue accruals.
• Develop EAC template and forecast with Project Managers.
• Identify risks and opportunities; communicate to stakeholders.
• Improve processes for financial controls, dashboards, and reporting.
