Job summary

Hargrove is seeking a Senior Project Controls professional to lead scheduling, cost control, and reporting for larger capital projects in the United States. You will guide the Project Controls team, develop budgets, perform economic evaluations, and ensure compliance with contract conditions.

The role requires extensive experience with FEL processes, SAP cost tracking, and Primavera P6 scheduling, along with strong communication and mentoring capabilities to support project management and

Qualifications

• Requires 10+ years of industrial experience in planning, scheduling, cost control and estimating.
• Knowledge of front-end loading (FEL) processes and capital planning.
• Experience with financial reporting, accruals, asset additions, cashflow forecasting, and project closeout.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute Project Controls requirements for projects under guidance.
• Prepare and manage capital planning documents and funding materials.
• Develop project estimates from OOM to funding grade.
• Track, trend, and manage capital portfolio and SAP cost tracking.
• Issue SAP purchase requisitions and assist in project reporting and reviews.
• Deliver training on Project Controls systems and methods.
