Responsibilities

• Developing schedules and analysis for contracts to forecast activities and identify coordination issues.
• Monitoring and updating schedules by obtaining updates through meetings, interviews and field verification.
• Monitoring and maintaining the change notice/change order system and supporting hearings.
• Developing estimates for construction projects including change notices.
• Developing and maintaining the cost system with commitments, change orders, and invoices.
