Job summary

Consertus, Inc. is seeking a Project Coordinator to support controls across engineering and construction projects. You will maintain project documentation, dashboards, and logs, and help keep schedules and budgets on track.

The role requires strong communication, the ability to work with multidisciplinary teams, and proficiency with visualization tools such as Power BI or Excel dashboards. Bachelor’s degree in a related field is preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience in project coordination or project controls within engineering, construction, or related fields.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
• Proficiency in visualization and reporting tools (Power BI, Excel dashboards, or similar).

Responsibilities

• Support project controls activities including schedule tracking, cost monitoring, and progress reporting.
• Maintain accurate project documentation, logs, and dashboards using visualization tools.
• Coordinate project meetings, action items, and follow-ups to ensure timely execution.
• Assist in preparing weekly and monthly project performance reports.
• Monitor project milestones, risks, and deliverables, escalating issues when needed.
• Collaborate with engineering, construction, and administrative teams to keep project workflows aligned.
• Ensure compliance with internal procedures and contribute to continuous improvement of project control processes.
