Consertus is seeking a Project Coordinator to support construction projects by managing documentation, coordinating field activities, and ensuring tasks align with schedule and specifications. The role requires strong writing abilities, civil engineering knowledge, and regular on-site presence to assist project teams and monitor progress.

Ideal candidates hold a BSCE, have on-site coordination experience, and excel in clear communication and documentation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering (BSCE) required.
• Experience in construction project coordination or related field.
• Excellent writing and documentation skills.
• Fluent English (spoken and written).
• Ability to perform regular on-site visits.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily project activities and maintain accurate project documentation.
• Prepare reports, meeting minutes, and written communications with high clarity and professionalism.
• Review drawings, specifications, and technical documents to support project execution.
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor work progress and ensure compliance with project requirements.
• Support project managers with scheduling, tracking deliverables, and resolving field issues.
• Communicate effectively with contractors, engineers, and internal stakeholders.
• Assist with procurement, submittals, RFIs, and change order documentation.
