Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily project activities and maintain accurate project documentation.
• Prepare reports, meeting minutes, and written communications with high clarity and professionalism.
• Review drawings, specifications, and technical documents to support project execution.
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor work progress and ensure compliance with project requirements.
• Support project managers with scheduling, tracking deliverables, and resolving field issues.
• Communicate effectively with contractors, engineers, and internal stakeholders.
• Assist with procurement, submittals, RFIs, and change order documentation.

About this Role:

The Project Coordinator supports construction projects by managing documentation, coordinating field activities, and ensuring project tasks are executed according to schedule and specifications. This role requires strong writing abilities, technical understanding of civil engineering concepts, and consistent on-site presence to monitor progress and support project teams. Must speak fluent English.
