Job summary

Consertus is seeking a skilled Project Controls professional in Dallas to develop and maintain program, design, and construction schedules.

You will coordinate with Project Managers to update program level schedules, prepare reports, load costs and resources, and identify changes, risks and opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required; Bachelor’s in finance or related field preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in project controls and cost management.
• Hands-on expertise in using project management tools such as MS Project.
• Experience working with Oracle Primavera Cloud (OPC) Portfolio Management.
• Expertise in MS Excel and SharePoint; knowledge of data analytical tools like Microsoft Dynamics Database, Power BI, Tableau preferred.
• Proven abilities to work with cultural and emotional intelligence, to improve team engagement.
• Possess exceptional communication, presentation & interpersonal skills with proficiency at grasping new concepts quickly and utilizing the same productively.

Responsibilities

• Support, monitor, and communicate budget, actual status, and forecast costs.

About This Role

As part of a project controls team, develop and maintain program, design, and construction schedules. Coordinate and gather project status information from Project Managers to update program level schedule; prepare reports; cost and resource loading; identify and record project changes, trends, risks, and opportunities. Review Program level schedule and create summary cashflow report.
