Stantec is seeking a Project Controller or Project Controls Analyst to manage project financial functions and support budgeting, forecasting, and cost control across multiple projects in the Great Lakes and Midwest regions.

You will act as a liaison with Project Managers and accounting staff, ensuring timely invoicing and accurate financial reporting while leveraging MS Excel and project controls tools. Some travel may be required.

Competenze

• Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and earned value management.
• Understanding contract terms and project accounting practices.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
• Familiarity with MS Project and SQL/SharePoint is a plus.

• Provide budget, contract, and financial management support to Project Managers.
• Assist with lifecycle management of projects per client requirements.
• Coordinate with accounting to ensure timely invoicing per contracts.
• Audit reports for gross profit impacts and forecasts.
• Prepare month-end and variance reports.
• Support project structures like WBS and CBS for budgeting.
• Perform and manage budget and cost control functions.
• Deliver ad hoc analytics and reports for continuous improvement.
• Train or mentor others as needed.
• Administrate project management information systems usage.
