Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience in project controls or financial analysis in a project-driven environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Engineering, or related field.
• Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and ability to influence decisions with data.

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing and maintaining project budgets, forecasts, and cost controls.
• Monitor progress against schedules and budgets, identifying discrepancies and proposing corrective actions.
• Analyze expenditures, variances, and trends to provide financial insights.
• Prepare monthly and quarterly project financial reports for management.
• Collaborate with Project Managers and field teams to analyze productivity and cost drivers.
• Develop customized project controls tools and systems to improve reporting accuracy.
