APTIM is seeking a Project Controls Analyst to support Environmental & Energy Solutions, overseeing budgets, forecasts, and cost controls for projects typically under $5M. You will partner with Project Managers to ensure accurate ETC/EAC forecasts and proactive financial risk mitigation.

The role emphasizes strong communication, data analysis, and cross-team collaboration to deliver compliant, financially sound projects and meaningful client reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required and strong grasp of project controls and finance concepts.
• Ability to use project management tools to coordinate control activities and analyze data.
• Proficient in MS Excel; experience with Power BI data extraction preferred.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain project budgets, forecasts, and cost controls aligned with contract requirements.
• Monitor revenue, costs, labor, and profitability across project lifecycles.
• Develop ETC/EAC forecasts with Project Managers and communicate variances to management.
