Job summary

• 2+ years in project controls, accounting, finance, construction operations, or related roles.
• Experience with job cost accounting and project financial tracking.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate project budgets, forecasts, and cost reporting.
• Support Earned Value Management (EVM) processes including forecasting, baselining, and earned value tracking.
• Coordinate with estimating, project management, and accounting to allocate budgets and change orders.
• Generate operational and financial reports by integrating data from estimating, scheduling, design, PM, and accounting systems.
• Track labor hours, quantities, productivity trends, and project performance metrics.
• Communicate productivity variances to project teams, field leadership, and management.
• Assist with monthly billing and project cash flow forecasting and ad hoc reporting.
