APTIM seeks a Project Controls Analyst to support environmental and energy projects, focusing on forecasting, cost management, and financial reporting. You will partner with project managers to maintain ETC/EAC forecasts and ensure contract compliance across projects under $5M.

The role emphasizes strong data analysis, communication with stakeholders, and effective prioritization of responsibilities in a dynamic portfolio.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in project controls.
• Bachelor's degree required.
• Ability to coordinate project control activities and solve complex problems using standard PM tools.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Attention to financial data accuracy and confidentiality.
• Ability to assimilate project data from multiple sources.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain project financial structures, budgets, forecasts, and cost controls.
• Support project setup including work breakdown structures and budgets.
• Monitor revenue, costs, and profitability through the project lifecycle.
• Identify variances and provide explanations to management.
• Develop ETC and EAC forecasts with Project Managers.
• Coordinate corrections and financial adjustments with Finance.
