Job summary

United Utility Services is hiring a Project Controls Analyst to support the PMO across multiple projects. You will lead schedule and cost control activities, ensuring projects stay on time and within budget while coordinating with finance and project teams.

The role requires strong Primavera P6 and Excel skills, plus 2+ years in scheduling and cost controls in utilities or construction projects. A BS degree in PM or Engineering is preferred.

Qualifications

• Detail-oriented with proactive problem solving.
• Ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders to diagnose and solve problems within tight timelines.
• Proficient in Primavera P6 and advanced Excel for cost control and scheduling.

Responsibilities

• Drive monthly close with Project team and Accounting; prepare variance analyses.
• Develop EAC templates and forecasting with PMs.
• Identify risks/opportunities in forecasts and communicate to stakeholders.
• Support process improvements for financial systems and dashboards.
• Monitor costs and manpower weekly to keep within budget.
