Job summary

WSP USA seeks a Project Controls Coordinator to support major capital projects from Tulsa, OK or Dallas, TX. You will assist PMs with budgets, forecasts, and cost tracking, while coordinating with teams to keep data current and documented.

Responsibilities include monthly controls activities, preparing dashboards and reports, and maintaining document controls. Strong Excel and ERP/PMIS experience are valued.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• 1–3 years supporting project controls, cost controls or related functions on capital projects.
• Experience with document management and tracking tasks to completion.
• Foundational cost management skills: budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis.
• Familiarity with ERP/PMIS and project controls systems; knowledge of EcoSys, SAP, Procore, e-Builder, Primavera P6, or MS Project preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Office applications.
• Strong communication and multi-tasking abilities.

Responsibilities

• Support Project Managers in budgets, forecasts, commitments, costs, accruals, and data in project systems.
• Coordinate with teams to collect updates and ensure data is current and recorded.
• Assist with monthly controls activities, including cost tracking and forecast updates.
• Prepare and distribute status reports, dashboards, and financial summaries.
• Monitor data quality and resolve discrepancies with project teams.
• Support project setup, work order creation, and document management.
• Maintain document controls, registers, and records completeness.
• Facilitate communication among Project Managers, Controls, Finance, and stakeholders.
• Assist with change management, invoice tracking, and project closeout improvements.
