Aspen Contracting is seeking a results-driven Project Consultant (Outside Sales) to serve homeowners across Kansas. You’ll inspect properties, propose restoration solutions, and close deals from initial assessment to project completion.

This field-based role rewards performance with uncapped commissions, weekly pay, and a clear path for growth within a nationally recognized exterior restoration company. Candidates should be self-motivated, comfortable traveling within Kansas, and able to build

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Valid Driver's License.
• Reliable transportation.
• Ability to climb ladders and walk residential roofs.
• Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Ability to lift equipment as needed.
• Ability to work a Full-Time schedule.

Responsibilities

• As a Project Consultant, you'll build relationships with homeowners, inspect properties for storm damage, and guide customers through inspection to completion.
• Generate new business through networking, referrals, neighborhood marketing, and customer outreach.
• Schedule and conduct residential property inspections.
• Inspect roofs, siding, and gutters using company technology and training.
• Create detailed project estimates and scopes of work.
• Educate homeowners on restoration options and insurance claims.
• Manage customer relationships throughout the project.
• Coordinate with internal production teams to ensure an exceptional customer experience.
• Follow up after project completion to ensure customer satisfaction.

Office 496 - Kansas Market

Field-Based Position

Hiring throughout the State of Kansas.

Important:

This position services customers throughout Kansas. While you'll travel locally within your assigned territory, team meetings, training, and other business-related activities will take place at locations designated by your manager based on current business needs.

Employment Type: Full-Time (W-2)

Compensation: $50,000-$200,000+ annually

Pay Structure: Weekly Pay + Uncapped Commission

Training: Paid Training Provided

Schedule: Daytime, evenings, and occasional weekends based on customer appointments

Travel: Local travel throughout the Kansas market

Experience: Previous sales experience strongly preferred. No roofing experience required.
