This role supports project teams by coordinating documentation and working closely with Architects, Engineers, Interior Designers and other Construction Administrators.

Candidates should have at least 3 years of experience, an associates or bachelor's degree preferred, and proficiency in Excel, Word, Bluebeam/Acrobat; Newforma knowledge is a plus.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum of 3 years' related industry experience.
• Associates or Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Knowledge of Excel, Word, and Bluebeam/Acrobat.
• Newforma knowledge is a plus.
• Have working knowledge of construction materials, building trades, and the products associated with them.
• Detail oriented and time-sensitive with ability to handle multiple projects.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Aufgaben

• Support Construction Administration staff.
• Coordinate project documentation and flow during the construction phase of complex healthcare and education projects - Submittals, RFIs, Proposal Requests, ASIs, contracts, etc.
• Assist the Construction Administrators and other staff members with various administrative tasks as needed.
• Follow-up and coordinate with team members and consultants.
