O'Connell Robertson seeks a Project Construction Coordinator to join the Construction Administration team in Austin or San Antonio, TX. You will support project documentation, coordinate during construction, and assist staff with administrative tasks in a collaborative, multidisciplinary environment.

The PCC role emphasizes teamwork, attention to detail, and timely communication with architects, engineers, interior designers, and construction administrators on healthcare and education projects.

Competenze

• Minimum of 3 years' related industry experience.
• Associates or Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Knowledge of Excel, Word, and Bluebeam/Acrobat.
• Newforma knowledge is a plus.
• Working knowledge of construction materials, building trades, and the products associated with them.
• Detail oriented with time sensitivity and ability to handle multiple projects concurrently.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Mansioni

• Support our Construction Administration staff.
• Coordinate project documentation and flow during the construction phase of complex healthcare and education projects - Submittals, RFI's, Proposal Requests, ASI's, contracts, etc.
• Assist the Construction Administrators and other staff members with various administrative tasks as needed.
• Follow-up and coordinate with team members and consultants.
