O’Connell Robertson seeks an Architectural Project Manager for Healthcare to lead projects in the Austin area. You will be the main client contact, guiding project teams and coordinating consultants to deliver spaces that support healing environments.

The role emphasizes healthcare design, project oversight, and delivering on-time, within-budget outcomes while collaborating across disciplines and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of professional experience, including 4 years in Healthcare design.
• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Architecture from an accredited program.
• Registered Architect in the State of Texas is preferred.
• Solid knowledge of architectural principles, codes, schedules and resources.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate on Healthcare Architecture Projects with various clients.
• Develop and maintain effective verbal, graphic, and written communication with clients.
• Plan, direct and supervise architecture team members and coordinate consultants.
• Coordinate development of multiple projects to meet firm goals.
• Assist in creating and evolving design concepts through all design phases.
