Job summary

A leading architectural firm in San Antonio is seeking a Project Manager with over 8 years of experience, including at least 4 years in design for K12 Education. The role focuses on team leadership, client relationships, and project delivery within a collaborative environment. Ideal candidates are Registered Architects in Texas, with strong architectural principles and project management skills, as well as familiarity with sustainability standards and tools like Revit and Bluebeam. Qualifications

  • 8+ years of professional experience, including 4 years in K12 Education design.
  • Registered Architect in Texas preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of building codes and architectural standards.
  • Strong, comprehensive knowledge of architectural principles/practices, including project financial, schedule and resource planning.
  • Working knowledge of building codes, standards, and building structures.
  • Flexibility to focus on concurrent projects in various stages of development.
  • Engaging Communication style with clients, teams and consultants
  • Must be quality minded and self‑motivated, with the ability to manage multiple shifting priorities with intentional schedules.
  • Experience and proficiency with educational projects preferred. Healthcare / Commercial / Institutional market experience is a plus.
  • Knowledge and experience with sustainability standards, Revit, Bluebeam, Newforma and Office Suite is preferred.

Our progressive Architectural Team at our San Antonio, TX office seeks a talented Project Manager with experience in team leadership, direction, programming, design, coordination, technical execution/oversight, and client relationship. The candidate should have a demonstrated ability of Project Architect, Project Manager and/or Program Manager responsibilities, and a diversified knowledge of architectural principles and practices. Experience with Educational (K12 and/or Higher Education) projects is required , and Healthcare / Commercial / Institutional market experience is a plus.

  • Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Architecture from an accredited program/school
  • Registered Architect in the State of Texas is preferred. Candidates with related or similar professional experience will be considered.
  • Strong, comprehensive knowledge of architectural principles/practices , including project financial, schedule and resource planning.
  • Working knowledge of building codes, standards, and building structures.
  • Flexibility to focus on concurrent projects in various stages of development.
