Job summary

O’Connell Robertson is seeking an Architectural Project Manager (Healthcare) in the Austin area to lead hospital and healthcare projects from concept through construction. You will act as the primary liaison for clients, coordinate internal teams and external consultants, and ensure design quality and schedule adherence.

The ideal candidate brings 8+ years of experience in architecture with at least 4 years in healthcare, plus a Texas-registered license preferred.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of professional experience, including 4 years in Healthcare design.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited program.
• Registered Architect in Texas preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead Healthcare Architecture projects in the Austin region.
• Be the main point of contact for Healthcare clients in the region.
• Coordinate design teams and consultant responsibilities across project phases.
• Develop and refine design concepts through all stages of design.
