ICES: Data, Discovery, Better Health in Asheville, NC seeks a Closeout & Warranty Coordinator. The hourly role ensures project closeout, warranty handling, and client handoff meet company standards, bridging completion and post-construction service.

You will coordinate with Field Operations Manager, manage punch lists, schedule subcontractors, perform minor repairs, and maintain warranty records. A strong background in residential finish work and solid communication with clients and teams are

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on residential construction experience.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and quality standards.
• Excellent problem-solving and follow-up skills.
• Detail-oriented and organized with clear client communication.
• Must have a complete toolset and be able to diagnose and complete closeout and warranty work.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsabilités

• Attend weekly meeting with Field Operations Manager to determine priorities and schedule.
• Coordinate subcontractors, in-house crews, and vendors for punch lists.
• Take ownership of project closeout and final punch lists.
• Perform smaller punch list tasks personally (touchups, caulking, carpentry).
• Maintain detailed warranty records and report trends for improvement.
• Ensure jobsites meet safety, quality, and cleanliness standards before handoff.
• Provide homeowners with professional communication throughout closeout and warranty processes.
