Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in project coordination, commercial real estate development, construction administration, architecture, or civil engineering.
• Familiarity with municipal permitting, plan reviews, civil site plans, or architectural drawings.
• Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and document management capabilities.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with confidence following up with municipalities, consultants, utilities, and vendors.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and the ability to interpret basic architectural and civil site plans.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate architects, civil engineers, surveyors, traffic consultants, and other design professionals.
• Submit and track municipal permits, site plan reviews, entitlements, and plan revisions.
• Coordinate utility approvals, service capacity, easements, and site connections.
• Manage contractor and vendor bidding, review proposals, and support value engineering initiatives.
• Support property onboarding, vendor compliance, utility transfers, and service contract setup.
• Coordinate construction closeout documentation, including warranties, operating manuals, and as-built drawings.
• Maintain organized digital project records to support seamless transitions into property operations and asset management.
