Job summary

Habitat Charlotte Region is seeking a Punch & Warranty Supervisor to support the New Construction team through the build process, focusing on smooth closings and warranty procedures. The role requires coordinating with volunteers and site staff to maintain project quality and safety.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• 3+ years in construction experience.
• CPR/First Aid, OSHA 10-hour, OSHA Competent Person (HFHI training).

Responsibilities

• Manage the warranty process for New and Existing Home projects and ensure timely closings.
• Lead volunteer groups on projects and coordinate with supervisors for final punch phases.
• Assist managers with internal quality control inspections on New Construction projects.
• Collaborate with the Director of New Construction to standardize job responsibilities.
• Support construction safety initiatives as an OSHA Competent Person.
