Job summary

InsideSource Inc. is seeking an Account Associate to respond to client requests for products, services and information.

You will coordinate project activities, assist the Account Manager on large projects, and support smaller projects independently to ensure client satisfaction across accounts. Key duties include preparing quotes, maintaining pricing accuracy, coordinating with vendors and cross-functional teams, tracking orders, and ensuring timely delivery and invoicing.

Qualifications

• Must be able to learn and use dealership business systems and other industry-specific technologies.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience in handling multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Produce detailed quotes for clients and ensure pricing consistency.
• Assist Account Manager with project design approach and furniture solutions.
• Coordinate delivery/install dates with vendors, clients and Project Managers.
• Manage client and project status reports and communication throughout the project lifecycle.
• Support invoicing accuracy and timely payments through clear documentation.
