Job summary

Insidesource is seeking an Account Associate to support Account Managers on projects and coordinate activities from proposal to installation. You will respond to client requests, prepare accurate quotes, and manage orders, timetables, and vendor communications.

The role emphasizes strong communication, organization, and ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment while ensuring client satisfaction and adherence to pricing and contract terms.

Qualifications

• Experience with dealership business systems and furniture products preferred
• Strong written and verbal communication skills required
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
• Customer service experience is essential
• Adept at coordinating with internal teams and vendors

Responsibilities

• Produce detailed, accurate quotes for clients in a timely manner
• Ensure costs align with contract pricing and margins
• Assist Account Manager to define project design and furniture solutions
• Manage sales-related documentation and deposits with clients
• Coordinate delivery/install with vendors, operations, and clients
• Provide project status updates and client communications throughout the project lifecycle
• Maintain documentation standards and dealership processes across accounts
• Support cross-functional teams with project information and reporting
• Respond to information requests, pricing, and service needs as required
