Job summary

InsideSource Inc. is seeking an Account Associate to respond to client requests and coordinate projects from quote to installation. You will be the primary contact supporting an Account Manager on large projects and independently handle smaller projects.

Qualifications

• Capacity to learn and use dealership business system and other industry-specific technologies.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Independently manage sales transactions.
• Experience with dealership business systems preferred.
• Interior design background a plus.

Responsibilities

• Produce detailed quotes for clients in a timely manner.
• Coordinate project activities including scheduling and installation oversight.
• Support Account Manager on large projects and handle smaller projects independently.
• Ensure documentation standards and contract pricing accuracy.
• Maintain client status reports and coordinate with vendors and teams.
• Close sale with signed documents and deposits.
