Responsibilities

• Set up projects and budgets with Project Managers according to contracts.
• Maintain records in ERP for project details, budgets, and invoices.
• Generate monthly billing packets for Project Manager review.
• Client billing and documentation of billing procedures.
• Monitor AR and WIP aging and address with Project Managers.
• Provide financial reporting upon request by Project Managers.
• Collaborate with Finance staff on special projects.
