Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Set up projects and budgets according to contract specifications.
• Maintain records within ERP for project details, budgets, and invoices.
• Generate monthly billing packets for Project Manager review.
• Handle client billing and related procedures.
• Maintain documentation of billing guidelines and PM preferences.
• Provide financial reporting upon request.
• Monitor AR and WIP aging and address with Project Managers.
