Garver invites a Finance Billing Specialist to join our Finance Team in Wichita, Kansas. You will support Project Managers and the finance group by setting up projects, tracking budgets, and processing invoices with accuracy.

The role requires 3-5 years of billing or accounting experience, strong Excel/Word skills, and solid math and communication abilities. You will help monitor AR/WIP, prepare monthly billing packets, and contribute to financial reporting.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of billing or accounting experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word.

• Experience with ERP systems or specialized billing software.

Responsibilities

• Set up projects and budgets with Project Managers per contract specs.
• Maintain records in ERP for project details, budgets, and invoices.
• Generate monthly billing packets for Project Manager review.
• Handle client billing and ensure timely invoicing.
• Maintain documentation of procedures, deadlines, and billing preferences.
• Monitor AR and WIP aging and address with Project Managers.
• Provide financial reporting upon request.
• Collaborate with Garver finance and leaders on special projects.
