Job summary

Garver is seeking a Finance Billing Specialist in Frisco, Texas to support the Finance Team and Project Managers. You will manage project billing, maintain ERP records, prepare monthly billing packets, and ensure accuracy across budgets and invoices.

The role requires strong Excel and Word skills, analytical thinking, and effective communication. Growth opportunities exist within Garver’s Finance Team as you collaborate on special projects and company-wide initiatives.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of billing or accounting experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Strong mathematical, written, and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Set up projects and budgets per contract specifications with Project Managers.
• Maintain records in ERP for project details, budgets, and invoices.
• Generate monthly billing packets for Project Manager review and client billing.
• Maintain documentation of client procedures, deadlines, and guidelines.
• Record Project Manager preferences related to billing and ensure alignment.
• Provide monthly project reports and support financial reporting requests.
