Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in project-based billing, accounting, or project coordination.
• Proficient in Excel; familiar with Sitetracker or Salesforce.
• Experience in Telecom (Outside Plant Engineering) or Construction is a plus.
• Proactive mindset to identify budget gaps before delays.

Responsibilities

• Bridge the gap between Engineering and Finance; align field conditions with billing.
• Use Sitetracker to create purchase orders, change requests, monitor budgets, resolve errors.
• Manage end-to-end invoicing in QuickBooks.
• Facilitate timely approvals, change requests, and PO creation with project leads.
