Job summary

Taleo in Snohomish, WA is seeking a detail-driven professional to own the project financial lifecycle. This in-person role goes beyond billing, serving as a critical part of engineering operations and ensuring every work order aligns with our financial systems.

You will bridge Engineering and Finance, manage purchase orders in Sitetracker, oversee invoicing in QuickBooks, and collaborate on approvals and changes with project leads. Flexible daily hours and local presence are expected.

Qualifications

This will be an in-person position reporting to our Snohomish, WA location.

How You’ll Make an Impact:

• Bridge the Gap:Serve as the vital link between our Engineering and Finance teams, ensuring field conditions match our billing systems.
• Project Integrity:Use Sitetracker to create purchase orders, change requests, monitor budget lines and proactively resolve errors before they become bottlenecks.
• Financial Flow:Manage the end-to-end invoicing process in QuickBooks, ensuring our projects remain funded and moving forward.
• Strategic Communication:Work directly with project approvers and construction leads to facilitating timely project approvals, change requests, and PO creation.

What You Bring:

• The Hybrid Skillset:2-5 years of experience in project-based billing, accounting, or project coordination (or equivalent education)
• Tech Savvy:You are proficient in Excel and comfortable learning proprietary systems. (Experience withSitetrackerorSalesforcemakes you a top candidate!).
• Industry Knowledge:Previous experience inTelecom (Outside Plant Engineering)or Construction is a massive plus.
• Proactive Mindset:You don't wait for things to break; you identify budget gaps and request changes before they cause delays.

Education/Experience:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience in related field.
• One to two years' accounting experience desired.
