Qualifications

• Two years of relevant experience/training.
• Strong basic math, written communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and spreadsheet/accounting tools.
• Ability to follow procedures and work independently.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Project Managers to oversee all project billing activities and prepare progress billings, schedules of values, pay applications, lien waivers, and customer-specific billing requirements.
• Manage project financial administration, including setup, budget, contract values, phase codes, change orders, and billing rate structures.
• Review contract billing terms to support profitability and compliance with customer requirements.
• Lead complex project billing functions, including cost tracking, reconciliations, and audit support documentation.
• Support monthly financial reporting by reconciling project costs and billable expenses.
• Coordinate subcontractor and vendor compliance, including POs, certificates of insurance, and certified payroll.
• Ensure compliance with prevailing wage regulations and related reporting.
• Coordinate project closeout activities and complete project records.
