KPFF Consulting Engineers seeks a seasoned Project Accountant in Seattle to support civil/structural and transportation groups. You will manage invoicing, contracts, and cost tracking, while coordinating with project teams and clients to ensure timely billing and accurate reporting.

Ideal candidates bring 4+ years in invoicing, contract administration, and budgeting, with strong communication and proficiency in SharePoint, MS Projects, and Excel.

Qualifications

• 4+ years invoicing and project contract administration experience.
• Experience with AP/AR, year-end, and billing inquiries.
• Proficiency in Word, Outlook, Excel, MS Projects, SharePoint, Teams.

Responsabilités

• Prepare and review project invoices and progress reports.
• Process contracts and change orders; set up cost tracking spreadsheets.
• Review subconsultant invoices and coordinate with clients and subs.
• Organize project meetings, agendas, and notes; support project managers.
• Coordinate QA/QC, RFI routing, and project deliverables with teams.
