Job summary

ASSA ABLOY Entrance Systems in Monroe, NC seeks a Project Specialist to support new equipment installations, manage billing transactions, and schedule field technicians. You will coordinate with Installation Managers, Technicians, and outside operations while ensuring accurate customer billing and documentation.

The role requires strong communication, detail orientation, and the ability to multi-task under pressure; overtime may be required during month-end and busy periods.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent work experience; 2 years in billing or customer service preferred.
• Experience with billing procedures and documentation.
• Basic Project Management experience appreciated.
• Dispatch experience is a plus.
• Strong computer skills with MS Office.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; detail oriented.

Responsibilities

• Process all billing transactions for new equipment.
• Coordinate field planning and scheduling of technicians.
• Collaborate with Installation Managers, Technicians, and outside operations.
• Work with receivables and US branches to ensure accurate billing.
• Enter/update customer and end-user information connected to door ID tags.
• Complete billing documents and lien releases.
• Support daily reporting for the manager.
• Analyze customer service call reporting.
