Responsibilities

• Monitor and capture accurate records pertaining to job statuses and billing deadlines.
• Prepare and review invoicing for AR and AP.
• Supervise customer billing services.
• Coordinate with subcontractors to capture missing invoicing information.
• Develop billing schedules with the Project Manager for ongoing projects.
• Capture and submit Key Performance Indicators.
• Work with Field Superintendents to accurately capture field production values.
