Integrus Architecture seeks an Accounts Payable & Billing Specialist to join our Finance team in Spokane. You will handle project billing, AP, and financial reporting, working closely with the Director of Finance and project managers to ensure accurate, timely transactions.

The role emphasizes detail orientation, collaboration across departments, and a proactive approach to improving workflows within a professional services environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in accounts payable, accounts receivable, project billing, or similar role.
• Experience in a professional services environment (architecture/engineering) preferred.
• Understanding of project-based accounting and financial reporting.
• Working knowledge of GAAP and Excel with accounting software.

Responsibilities

• Monitor project time/expenses and ensure accurate financial information.
• Prepare and process monthly client billings with Principals' collaboration.
• Review vendor invoices and process payments timely.
• Reconcile credit card transactions and maintain documentation.
• Support monthly close and project financial reporting.
