Responsibilities

• Job Setup & Closeout in ERP per work instructions.
• Import bids from bidding software and verify accuracy.
• Organize and maintain job folders with proper labeling.
• Close out jobs by updating status, documents, and notes.
• Invoicing (approx. 50 per week) and time/material invoicing.
• Review invoicing details for discrepancies and missing info.
• Send invoices with supporting documentation to customers.
• Compile job cost documentation into PDFs.
• Run/export reports for internal review before invoicing.
