Job summary

Rosendin Electric, Inc. invites driven professionals to join as a Project Assistant. You will support the project team with PCO tracking, RFIs, scheduling updates, and billing processes across Rosendin’s diverse electrical construction projects.

Ideal candidates bring an associate degree in related fields and 1–2 years of PM support experience, with strong MS Office and scheduling tool proficiency.

Qualifications

• Associate or higher in business or construction management or related field.
• Experience in project management support in construction preferred.
• Proficiency with scheduling software and MS Office suite.

Responsibilities

• Recap and track Potential Change Orders (PCOs).
• Price up material vouchers and process procurement.
• Write up and track RFIs and submittals.
• Track payroll forms for Rosendin and subs; handle forms (HRC, OCIP).
• Update project schedules in Microsoft Projects or Sure Track.
• Handle monthly billing and create/update material flow sheets.
