We’re hiring a Project Assistant in Mission to help organize business projects and support their day-to-day delivery. Working alongside the project team, you’ll maintain records, coordinate arrangements, and follow up on assigned tasks. It’s a practical opportunity to build project support experience through scheduling, communication, and keeping track of progress.

What You’ll Help Put in Place

  • Keep project files, correspondence, and supporting records organized.

  • Assist with coordinating materials, resources, and routine project requirements.

  • Prepare progress summaries and support final checks and handover arrangements.

You May Already Have Relevant Skills

Previous project experience isn’t essential. We welcome backgrounds in administration, retail, hospitality, logistics, customer support, and other roles where organization and communication matter.

You may have coordinated appointments, kept accurate records, organized an activity, or helped colleagues meet a deadline. Examples from employment, coursework, volunteering, and community projects are all welcome.
