Job summary

Qualifications

• Read, interpret, and review CSI MasterFormat Division 08 specs and construction docs.
• Knowledge of fire/life safety, accessibility, and life safety codes.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of Building Technology Solutions professional services and software solutions.
• Manage projects from planning and construction through facility operations.
• Serve as a trusted customer advisor.
• Coordinate field service activities and support key accounts.
• Ensure successful implementation and adoption of software solutions.
• Facilitate related project product sales.
• Collaborate with customers, field technicians, sales teams, channel partners, and software developers.
• Manage professional services projects, field activities, and site-based consulting engagements.
• Perform and oversee inspections, surveys, audits, inventory programs, and consulting engagements.
• Lead fire, smoke, egress, and door opening assessments and provide remediation recommendations.
• Coordinate field resources for nationwide project delivery.
• Lead key account relationships, contract administration, invoicing, and customer satisfaction initiatives.
• Recruit, train, manage, and oversee field resources.
• Deliver software training, onboarding, and ongoing support.
• Support software adoption, business growth, business development, contract management, and customer relationships.
• Provide customer insights for software enhancements, process improvements, and service innovation.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Ability to read, interpret, and review CSI MasterFormat Division 08 architectural specifications and construction documents
• Understanding of fire, life safety, accessibility, and model building codes related to door and hardware specifications
• Strong analytical skills and effective time management
• Ability to work at construction sites and end-user facilities
• Ability to travel upon request; 50-75% travel ability required
• Reasonable proximity to a major airport
• Ability to lift or carry up to 50 lbs
• College/university degree, or minimum high school/GED diploma with commensurate work experience
• 2-3 years of industry-related construction project management experience preferred
• Architectural and construction industry experience, including door and hardware applications and specifications, preferred or a plus
• High proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
• Autodesk Revit Architecture proficiency preferred
• Familiarity with construction management software applications is a plus
