Job summary

SERVPRO of Augusta is seeking a Project Administrator to support fire and water damage restoration projects. You will handle job files, prepare preliminary estimates, and coordinate daily activities while delivering excellent customer service.

This full-time role emphasizes communication, organization, and ownership in a fast-paced team environment. 40 hours per week, with overtime as needed; compensation ranges from $16.00 to $22.00 per hour.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of administrative or office-related experience.
• Experience writing estimates, handling job file processes, and quality assurance is a plus.
• Experience in a service-industry environment is a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, courteous professional tone at all times.
• Strong customer service skills and ability to stay calm under pressure.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to multi-task in a fast-paced office.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; ability to learn new software including Xactimate and proprietary systems.
• Background check clearance according to applicable law.

Responsibilities

• Monitor job file status and audit status.
• Maintain job file Work in Progress.
• Ensure client requirements are followed and validated.
• Create preliminary estimates.
• Coordinate daily job files and perform backups.
• Maintain internal and external communications.
• Prepare job file reports and finalize documentation for audit.
• Complete job file audit and close-out processes.
• Assist other departments as needed.
