Job summary

SERVPRO of Augusta is seeking a Restoration Supervisor to coordinate and oversee restoration projects, ensuring excellent customer service and outcomes. You will lead technicians, manage schedules, and ensure safety and quality on each site.

The role involves directing daily operations, maintaining detailed job documentation, and coordinating with management and staff to resolve issues and optimize progress. A background in cleaning/restoration and supervisory experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; IICRC certifications preferred.
• Minimum 1 year experience in cleaning, restoration or construction.
• Supervisor experience preferred with solid communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate a positive customer experience and ensure satisfaction.
• Communicate clear expectations to technicians and supervise activities.
• Coordinate restoration processes, schedule work, and ensure quality control.
• Identify safety hazards and establish control measures for safety.
• Oversee safety and risk guidelines and maintain compliance.
• Document detailed job files to support services.
• Manage labor and consumables; protect and use assets.
• Coach and train restoration technicians.
• Coordinate with manager and office staff on progress.
• Perform vehicle and equipment maintenance as assigned.
• Oversee facility and grounds maintenance as needed.
• Continue development of restoration expertise and products.
