Job summary

SERVPRO® of Augusta is seeking a new Project Administrator to make a difference each day by ensuring accurate file management, timely communication, and high-quality service in fire and water damage restoration.

The ideal candidate is great on the phone, detail-oriented, and capable of handling multiple tasks in a fast-paced, team-oriented office. We offer a competitive pay rate and opportunities to learn and grow. 40 hours weekly, with overtime flexibility.

Qualifications

• 2+ year(s) of administrative or office-related experience.
• Experience with writing estimates and job file processes is a plus.
• Experience in a service industry environment is a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with a courteous and professional tone.

Responsibilities

• Monitor job file status and audit progress.
• Maintain job file WIPs and ensure client requirements are followed.
• Create preliminary estimates and coordinate daily job files.
• Maintain internal and external communications and prepare reports.
• Complete and review job file documentation for final upload and audit.
