Job summary

MJM Architects, Inc. in Nashville, TN, is seeking a Project Administrator to support client teams across architectural and engineering projects. You will manage project setup, documentation, scheduling, and financial tracking within ERP and CRM systems.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
1–3 years of project support, operations support, or administrative experience in the AEC industry.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong computer skills (MS Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with project management or ERP software.

Responsibilities

Create project setup and documentation; maintain project records in ERP/CRM/scheduling systems.
Support contract administration: draft scopes, budgets, and schedules for proposals and requests.
Budgeting, billing, and financial tracking; monitor budget vs. actuals and flag deviations.
Plan scheduling and workflow; maintain and update project schedules with production teams.
