ARCO/Murray is seeking a highly motivated Project Manager to join our Nashville office. You will lead project performance and profit from day one, coordinating with clients, design teams, and subcontractors to drive schedule, budget, and quality.

Qualifications

• BS in Engineering or related field.
• 2-5 years of construction management or engineering design experience.
• Experience leading ground up commercial, light industrial, multi-family, hospitality, or entertainment construction projects preferred.
• Proficiency using Word, Excel, Outlook, and Microsoft Project.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate all managerial and administrative aspects of project from preconstruction through project closeout.
• Work with clients and the design team to develop preliminary concept drawings and project budget.
• Review scope of work, discuss cost reductions, and negotiate contracts & fees.
• Oversee subcontractor selection and buyout processes for trades and vendors.
• Identify opportunities to procure materials or equipment to support budget and schedule.
• Develop and review subcontractor scopes of work, project schedule, and site logistics plan.
