Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management, Project Management or other related discipline preferred.
• Experience with program management for large, complex projects is desirable.
• Strong scheduling, budgeting, and contract administration skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the subject matter expert for all customer project management matters.
• Review and thoroughly understand work orders and service agreements.
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
• Navigate nuances of client relations amongst peers within trusted account relationships.
• Create agenda and guide the Kickoff Meeting presentation to all stakeholders of the fulfillment team
• Anticipate concerns impacting on-time delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Foster new business opportunities with existing clients and identify areas for sales growth.
• Manage multi-year forecast and track key account metrics.
• Contribute and present program metrics for client reviews.
• Maintain and enhance relationships with BD team to grow opportunities.
• Assist with challenging requests or escalations as needed.
• Manage ongoing customer site requirements and serve as single point of contact for proposals.
• Review and prepare Cost-at-Completion accounting for internal leadership reviews.
• Mentor junior program managers and oversee complex activities.
• Negotiate and create change orders for internal approvals.
• Represent the company in meetings with clients and subcontractors.
• Coordinate with Production and Continuous Improvement teams for forecast alignment.
