Qualifications

• 5-10 years of experience in site administration, project coordination, or logistics support within large-scale construction, industrial, or EPC projects.
• Experience coordinating personnel rotations, travel arrangements, accommodations, and workforce mobilization.
• Experience supporting onboarding activities, site access management, and workforce reporting.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate site logistics, travel, and workforce mobilization to support project execution.
• Serve as the administrative point of contact for site personnel and visitors.
• Support onboarding, manage travel and accommodation logistics, and coordinate meetings and communications.
