Job summary

Insight Global is seeking a Technical Project Manager to support a large-scale hyperscale data center workforce program in Burlington, TX. You will bridge field teams, client stakeholders, subcontractors, recruiters, and leadership to ensure operational excellence across the deployment lifecycle.

You will track KPIs, manage budgets, and coordinate onboarding, training, and deployment of technicians across active projects, while maintaining program documentation and dashboards for leadership

Qualifications

• 3+ years leading or coordinating field operations in data center or telecom environments.
• Strong knowledge of fiber optic installation, testing, and deployment.
• Experience with structured cabling systems, rack installation, and pathways.
• Ability to manage budgets, POs, invoices, and financial tracking.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the Program Manager to coordinate onboarding, training, deployment and readiness.
• Track workforce KPIs: staffing, training, certifications, deployment status, retention, productivity.
• Oversee project budgets, POs, invoicing, and forecast alignment.
• Liaise between client, field teams, vendors, recruiters and leadership.
• Support scheduling and deployment of technicians across active sites.
• Maintain docs: status reports, action logs, risk registers, dashboards.
