Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or equivalent.
• 2+ years of experience preparing, processing, and analyzing financial information.
• Strong knowledge and understanding of accounting functions.
• Ability to prepare and oversee milestone-based invoices.
• Strong analytical skills with ability to defend positions.
• Clear, concise communication and adaptability to change.
• Proficiency using MS Excel/Word/Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Invoicing for several key Product Groups.
• Analyze project documentation and prepare invoices per contract requirements.
• Coordinate with Project Engineering Teams on job-specific invoicing rules.
• Invoice milestones accurately and timely.
• Upload invoices to customer or third-party portals.
• Identify and implement process improvements to save time.
• Prepare monthly Job Cost Reports in coordination with the Project Manager.
• Monitor accounts receivable aging and follow up on past due invoices.
• Support monthly closings and assist with annual audit.
• Assist with project close-out at end of projects.
